with the Rail Industry Link-up Qualification Scheme.
Coopers Filters Limited, as a major manufacturer and supplier of both Original Equipment and Aftermarket product, fully recognises the importance of total quality in all the Company's operations.
The Coopers "Quality Assurance Policy" is defined by the Managing Director and supported throughout the Company by all employees. It starts with the statement "It is the policy of Coopers Filters Limited to provide it's customers with products which fully meet all the expectations of both intermediate and end users." To carry out this policy, the Company operates on a modern "Quality Assurance" basis. Quality and reliability are carefully considered during the manufacturing processes and modern techniques such as statistical process control (S.P.C) and failure mode and effect analysis (F.M.E.A) are in constant use, where applicable.
Additionally, all of their major
suppliers are vetted and their quality systems approved before
they can become accredited suppliers to Coopers Filters Limited.
Quality acceptance levels at Coopers Filters Limited are based on
a "zero defect" system and all their procedures and
processes are systematically reviewed as part of their aim of
"never ending improvement".
